Your company is in Estonia. You might not be.
Wherever you are, the people who could actually help a co-founder, a first hire, someone who already untangled what you are stuck on are scattered across a dozen time zones, and nothing tells you who is real. Kaasla makes them findable, and checks who they say they are.

What members do here
The four things that actually move a company forward, in one place, free.
Real screens from Kaasla. The people in them are examples, not members.
Find people
Profiles you can search by role, skill, country and what someone is here for — not a feed you scroll and hope.
- Says what they are here for. A co-founder, hiring, open to work, investors, first customers, mentoring — chosen, not guessed from a bio.
- Filter on what matters. Role, skill, country, city, e-Residency, and whether their company has been checked.
- Reach people properly. Connect, then message. No cold inbox, no one paying to appear in front of you.
- Ranked by overlap, not by spend. Shared skills, matching intentions, same city or country. Nobody can buy a higher position.

Launch what you build
Post a product, collect upvotes and real feedback, or a “coming soon” page that emails subscribers the day you go live.

Follow what is shipping
A timeline of what members are building, hiring for and learning, from the people you follow.

Run and join events
Registrations, reminders, a calendar file and an attendee list, without another tool.

And you can check who you are dealing with
Everything above works without this. But a member can have their company and their identity checked — and then the badge says exactly which check passed, never a vague tick.
The company is real
The registry code is matched against the Estonian Business Register: the company exists and is active.
It does not say this person runs it.
They are on its registry card
Their name appears among the people written on that company’s registry card — a board member, not a bystander.
Hard to fake: the name has to be on the card.
The person is who they say
They signed in with an Estonian ID-card, digi-ID or e-Resident digi-ID, so the name on the profile is the name on the document.
We keep the name, never the personal code.

Checks are optional and free. Members without them take part like everyone else; you simply see that nothing has been checked, and can filter for the people where it has.

The rules that decide what this place becomes, stated plainly.
Free, with no ads. Nobody pays to appear in your results or your timeline.
Your details are never sold. Not to recruiters, not to lead-generation tools, not to anyone.
Verification is minimal by design. We store what a badge needs — never your identity documents, never your personal code.
Leave cleanly. Delete your account and your posts, messages and profile go with it.
Start with the right people.
